The Diary of a Women in Tech

I was given the incredible opportunity to talk at Karren Brady’s Women in Business & Tech Expo 2023 at the STEM Theatre. To an overflowing audience, I shared not only my story, but a story which resonated with many of the women there. It’s a variation of a talk I give frequently, covering what women are actually experiencing in Tech, why you and the business should care, and how you can help contribute towards a more inclusive and equitable culture within Tech.

I am really excited to share the recording of what was one of my best talks yet. The aftermath of the talk was astounding, with a long queue of both women and men wanting to share their stories, talk to me about how they can be better allies and importantly, tell me how they finally feel heard.
